Refund & Cancellation Policy

Team Cancellations

• Cancellations received more than 30 days before the tournament date are eligible for a full refund, less any payment processing fees.
• Cancellations received between 14 and 30 days before the tournament date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received within 14 days of the tournament date are non-refundable.

Player Substitutions

Team captains may substitute individual players free of charge up until player details are locked. After the lock date, please contact the Committee for approval.

Event Cancellation by Organisers

If the tournament is cancelled by the organisers due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather, venue closure or public health directives), we will offer a rescheduled date where possible, or a proportionate refund of the team entry fee.

Payment Failures & Abandoned Checkouts

Registrations that do not complete payment do not reserve a team place and are automatically released. No fee is charged for cancelled, failed or abandoned checkouts.

How to Request a Refund

Email nightingaleopen@gmail.com from the captain's registered email address, including the team name and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 10 business days.
